John Deere has presented a suite of new products at Agritechnica 2025 in Germany, with highlights including the 9RX tractor which recently debuted Down Under as well as a multi-path strategy for alternative drive technologies.

The 9RX tractor has the John Deere second-generation autonomy package, which uses 16 individual cameras to calculate working depth with greater precision. This enables the tractor to pull larger implements and operate at higher speeds.

The John Deere autonomy strategy is based on a multi-layered technology platform, starting with core technologies like AutoTrac, JDLink and G5 displays, and extending to advanced steering systems, precision seeding and remote monitoring of machines and field operations.
