I am putting my near complete motorhome (5th wheeler) on the market at way below actual cost as I have not got time to finish it. The bulk of the work has been done its mainly just hooking up the power, plumbing and gas.
The van is a 45ft semi pan fitted out with all top quality house materials (not flimsy caravan stuff).
At the front there is a double bed which is specially made queen length and robes and cupboards.
Next is bath shower macerating toilet and vanity.
Then there is the kitchen dinning room fitted with full size gas stove oven, 3hp reverse cycle air conditioner, slide out pantry, range hood, pot draws, 220ltr 24volt fridge freezer, table with 3 swivel chairs, automatic hatch which opens and forward or reverse the fan to try to keep van at set temperature.
Second single bedroom with long single bed and robe and cupboards.
hallway has a linen cupboard.
At the rear is lounge room or car – bike shed or a half dozen horses with mezzanine with attic ladder access which would easy accommodate a double bed.
The floor is 25mm ply with 25mm hardwood flooring on top.
The van is well insulated being made from sandwiched 25mmply and fiberglass as well as 50mm anticon in the ceiling and the new bubble insulation in the walls.
Underneath there is a huge storage bin approximately 6×2.4x.8 meters which will house the utilities and washing machine BBQ with room left for surf boards skies.
Now jobs to do; connect services (power 24v and 240v water and gas), install hot-water system, install water tanks fresh black and grey I intended to use plastic 200ltr drums and a paint job on the outside of your choice.
Please note this is a semi trailer size and requires minimum of single drive prime mover to tow it.
Would also be suited to mobile or permanent accommodation on a block.
I would be interested in swap/trade for an old falcon, Landau, classic car or something of interest but the value must be there.
